I have just joined, after watching the intro video. Describing the 5 worst foods to avoid. But what are they, I saw orange juice, wholewheat bread, margarines, but what else as video failed. I can find where to look on web site.

I am confused after seeing how bad those 5 foods are for you how come they are included in the trim down club!!!? Some of them like the bread.Butter is so much better than margarine it helps to lose weight. margarine is so refined its a poison to the system fat doesn’t make us fat. its refined carbs that turn into glucose for energy if we eat to much all that happens is it stores as fat if we don’t burn it off.white products like rice. pasta. bread. are like eating pure sugar, this TDC has the answer little and often of wholesome foods is all it takes to be healthy and slim there is to much junk food out there the temptation is all we have to battle with concerning our health and well being. You don’t need to pay for supplements just eat naturel foods. I can speak from experience eating natural foods mostly for nearly 50yrs my body stays well I could not speak more highly of natural foods the club teaches little and often. I am loosing weight now the right.way I do hope this encourages you to eat for better health with the bonus of loosing weight if you need to. All the very best to each member.

Hi, Pat. The video discussed artificial or overprocessed versions of popular foods that should be healthy, but have been manipulated into being particularly harmful to your goals. Rather than giving up on them altogether, we encourage better versions in their original, natural forms. Note that the foods discussed in the video are only examples, and many other popular foods have been similarly affected—so it’s good to read labels, be aware of how a food is made, and choose whole foods as much as possible.
