Hi, I’m a newbie on here and on one of my daily meal planners it says I can have 6 digestive biscuits as a snack. This is an awful lot – if I had 3 I would say I was over-indulging. Are the measurements/quantities/sizes the same for the UK? Also what’s the standard size/weight of a rice cake as in the UK they come in different sizes. Again 6 seems to be quite a lot.
Hi the digestive biscuits are the ones you need to bake yourself. You’ ll find the recipe under Graham crackers and they are delicious … And smaller than our real digestives. The Rice crackers refer to the mini ones. Otherwise have 2 dependent on thickness. Good luck !
UK rice cakes definitely a lot bigger I hope, as can only manage 2. Have yet to find mini ones.
Thanks for the replies – if I hadn’t asked I dare say I’d be putting weight on instead of shifting it 🙂
