is this measurement for the pods, or the shelled edamame?
Hi, LoryDory. Shelled 🙂
Hi
I’m a newbie going into my second week. A couple of questions:
1) What is an Edamame nugget? 2)What does “pastured” meat mean? 3) What is a “smart” butter substitute?
Thanks for your support.
Hi, Marlene, and welcome.
1) An edamame nugget is a burger-type patty made from edamame (green soy beans)
2) Pastured means that the animals graze on their natural diets in pastures, which makes the meat healthier for the consumer. You can read more about this here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/pasture-raised-a-better-way-to-eat-meat/
3) A “smart” butter substitute refers to buttery spreads that use healthier, non-hydrogenated, natural ingredients, such as “Earth Balance”
