Hello all. I just started this program with hopes of loosing 20 pounds and keeping it off for life. Can someone tell me what or how I get/make “2 ounces of Pizza, Plain Cheese, Regular Crust.”
Thank you,
Sfarrell
Hi, sfarrell. Pizza restaurants and manufacturers generally post the weights of their pies slices on the internet, so you can look up what fraction of the pizza that might be, depending on the type you want. I can tell you that for the average 12-inch / 30-cm cheese pizza, 2 ounces is 1/16 of the pie, or 1/2 slice. You can have a whole slice with a salad for a meal instead of whatever else is on your menu.
