MemberHi, lawther1209. The following is the general guide for exchanges:
1 “Carb” = 15 grams of carbohydrate + up to 3 grams of protein
1 “Protein” = 7 grams of protein + up to 5 grams of fat
1 “Fat” = 5 grams of fat
1 “Fruit” = 15 grams of carbohydrate
1 “Vegetable” = 3-5 grams of carbohydrate, up to 2 grams of protein
1 “Sweet” = 15 grams of carbohydrate + up to 5 grams of fat
1 “Free” = up to 3 grams of carbohydrate, less than 2 grams of protein or fat.September 16, 2015 at 7:44 am #31618lawther1209

MemberOssie-Sharon — Thanks so much for all that good “exchange” information. I’ll have to learn how to put all that to use.

MemberHi, lawther. To which “berry drink” are you referring (since you don’t have a lot of food there, it could make a big difference).
