MemberHi everyone, new to this…
I easily forget to eat until I’m hungry which can be early evening. I can go all day without feeling hungry [drinking tea and coffee and sometimes an apple now and then] but then when I eat a balanced meal in the evening, it doesn’t satisfy and I end up binging. I think I must be in starvation mode.I would like to try to eat breakfast “like a king”, lunch “like a prince” and supper “like a pauper”. How should I combine the meals and snacks sensibly to achieve this please?
If I can get a regimen that works for me, I will have good incentive to stick to it and make myself eat at the right times and then…… loose weight!!
I’m not much over my target weight but its all on my belly…. uuuggh

MemberThat is the beauty of this…you eat all the time. every few hours..so no king,no prince..and never a pauper. You eat according to the menus. Eat your snacks!!! Then you not going to binge. Cause your not “starving” at night. dont combine meals. you are over doing it…feeling FULL then hungry again a few hours later. Eating the meal and snack is the way to go. If your a “forgetter”…set your alarm. I have to do this to get my snacks in….. but it WORKS
