I am finding there is so much food to eat. Do I really need to do the snacks every day? Also, can you sub a regular egg instead of the substitute type.
There is really a lot of the bread products offered, is the mandatory to eat?
Can I just go on the menu and pick a meal I prefer
Thank for any help
Annie
Hi, Annie. First, I’m glad to read that you’re not hunger and that you’re in turn with your satiety signals. Second, I see that your weight puts you just beyond the limit for a higher menu pattern – if you change your current weight to 168, you will already get a little less food. If you would rather just cut out starchy foods (like breads, etc.), you can eliminate up to 3 servings. Keep in mind that the menus overall are already fairly low in carbs, even though it looks like a lot.
