Hi it has been a week since I started and I’m getting a little anxious, I have lost 6lbs in this week which is a good number but I am a veteran doing healthy eating diets. I have osteoarthritis of my spine so my exercise is limited, I do take a lot of painkillers, I did lose 5 stone on a similar “diet” on a protein and fat ratio, so I am familiar with my allowance I should be eating, I feel that with the trimdownclub I seem to be eating awful lots. I need some direction and reassurance that I am going in the right direction, the reason I chose this plan because of the variety of foods I can eat and I can adapt to myself as I also have a gluten allergy. I desperately need to lose for my health and my illness. Please help me and thank you Sarah xx
I am a beginner here too, so perhaps should not answer you. But it seems to me that if it is working (6 lb loss in first week)that it is not broken and you should just continue, even if it seems like too much food. If you are gaining at the end of a month, then you should rethink it.
