    I noticed the weight loss program is heavy on carbohydrates. Is this good for weight loss?

    Hi, kathsi. Actually, it isn’t high in carbohydrates – about 40-45% of energy, which is considered the low end of general recommendations. Though for some people high-carbohydrate patterns aid in weight loss, we find that most Clubmembers here do better with less.
