MemberToday is the first day on the plan,I have tried so many different things to lose weight but have been stuck at the same weight now for a while….read about Trim down club,so here goes.Its great to have a meal plan made up for you as I was struggling as to what foods to eat with the right amount of carbs and protein to help with my weight loss.

MemberYesterday and today are going quite well. I live up in the mountains and have had to use what I have here until I can get to a grocery store. I had both of my knees replaced last February. I THINK I am on the road to recovery. I am working on 5 pounds before I try on some of my clothes!

MemberHi, My name is Ann, I have been an insulin dependant diabetic for the past 27 years. I have never had good sugar control even though I have tried. This diet makes sense in slowing down the rise of blood sugar by combining foods that will help slow it all down. I am just trying to do a menu plan which is a little daunting at the moment. I hope this helps. I will also share this with my daughter who has polysistic ovaries Syndrome. This may well help her insulin resistance. Wish me luck x
