I have been participating in Jazzercise Hi Impact dancing classes for 6 years. You can burn 750 calories in one 60 minute session. I love dancing and the aerobics of movements are great. I also take the Strength 60 class using weights, stretches, and isometrics. You can tone your entire body and build muscle as your losing weight. I highly recommend this as exercise.
