Hello. I am wondering where protein powders fit into the menu plan. I use Vega + greens powder or a hemp protein powder on occasion (busy mornings or not enough protein). How can I account for this in my weekly plan?
Hi, get52. We generally prefer you get your nutrition from whole foods, but if you need something fast in the morning, Vega and hemp powders are great choices (and certainly better than skipping breakfast). I suggest you combine a serving of each to meet your breakfast needs.
