    Hello I have a question. I may have over looked it when I was in my first months. When I am exchanging food options, there is a green + fat/sweet (plus) sign. What is it for, what does it mean. Thanks.

    Hi, Deminichols. It means that you have an option for a “sweet” exchange instead of a carb and fat exchange.
