I am finding it hard to shop for all the types of foods. Give me a type of lunch meat I could eat. I buy my meat in the deli, but I don’t think it is uncured. I live in a town that does not have a market that sell natural foods. The food that are available are expensive. Any suggestions?
Hi, Jeannette. You may find our shopping guide helpful – http://www.trimdownclub.com/shopping-links-for-healthy-foods. If expense is the issue, don’t worry about getting the perfect thing. As long as you’re eating generally unprocessed foods, avoiding junk, and following the general patterns of the menus, you’ll be fine.
