Hi, I just joined yesterday (New Years 2016!!) and I would like to see a list of absolute NO NO foods – Is there one?

Hi, ncheinerscheid, and welcome! Our “no-no” foods are categories, rather than one-offs for the most part. We recommend against overly processed and refined foods, and those containing artificial additives. That means favoring whole foods and preparing meals from scratch as much as possible, as well as careful label-reading.
