Hi, I see the menu is given a level of health. How is that level determined and is it possible to see the daily/weekly nutrition….like calories, fiber, fats, sugar, sodium, etc. with a recommendation on what to change to make the menu more healthy?

    thanks!

Hi, pflaherty. Each food is given a score based on richness in nutrients, purity (i.e., lack of processing), etc. We are working on something to show you your values in realtime. What I can tell you is that your personal pattern generally provides a daily average of 180 grams of carbohydrates, 23 grams of fiber, 65-70 grams each of sugars, protein, and fat, and less than 3000 mg of sodium. A lot depends on your personal food choices, of course, which is why we color-code items in the Menu Planner lists (the lighter blues are the healthiest).
