Can anyone help me I am a massive tea drinker and I wondered can I have milk in my tea if I use it from my snack allowance
Hi, Jayne. That’s wonderful! Tea is indeed a great choice (if you use bags, please rinse in cool water before using). Milk in your tea is also great – each 240 ml of full-fat is equal to 1 carb + 1 protein exchange, semi-skim about 3/4 of each, and skim 1/2 of each (if you use semi-skim, please get the “bluish”-looking type, without added milk solids). To see how many exchanges you have, click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your menu.
