MemberI’m new.
If I find a menu that I like…..can I have that every day. I’ve found in the past that it’s easier to eat the same things until I get onto the program

MemberI’m wondering the same thing. I’m a picky eater and don’t want to necessarily buy all the groceries needed for my weekly meal planner.

MemberHi, akateadams. That’s fine – do whatever works for you. You can repeat meals and days based on the items you have and do purchase.

MemberI’m a new member. Actually 1st day. How can I change menu planner. I forgot to list a food I don’t like and its on my planner

1. In order to make changes to specific foods in your menu plan, simply click on “Apps”, followed by “My Menus”. Then, select the menu you would like to edit by clicking on “View”.2. Once your menu appears, click on the food you would like to replace, and a list will appear with alternative choices that you can choose from.
3. Additionally, to change an entire meal you can click on the white rotating arrows to the right of the meal.
4. If you would like to create a completely new menu, click on the “Apple” logo entitled “My Food Choices” to return to create a new menu by deselecting and selecting foods that you want. If you choose this method don’t forget to click the “Save and Create Menu” button afterwards.
5. If there is a food that you can’t find in the menu, why not make a suggestion by clicking on this link to suggest foods to add to the Menu Planner: http://www.trimdownclub.com/suggest-foods/

MemberHello I am new and have been on this program 1 week now. I followed the menu as close as possible with a few changes based on what I had available in cupboard/fridge. In fact I tried to choose the lightest colored menu when making any changes. I weighed myself today and I have GAINED 3 pounds from when I started. I drink at least 14 glasses of water daily. Any suggestions? Marilyn.

MemberI am really struggling with this, when I was watching the video I was glued, it looked so easy and I thought I’d found the perfect plan to lose weight. I purchased the plan and another window opened to purchase something else, I couldn’t see how to move forward without buying it as well, I ended up spending nearly ÂŁ80 for something I was told was ÂŁ37. Now I can’t choose my menus, I feel horrified that I sent my money and can’t get what I paid for.
