Hello everyone,
Can any one suggest/recommend a Sprouted Whole Grain flour that is commonly used for baking breads etc..etc
Thanks in advance.

I did a search and found “bluemountainorganics” that sell the flour. Alternative – get hard red wheat and sprout the grain yourself. The grain itself stores longer & easier ….just be sure the grain is clean &”sproutable”. Some is dried and no longer viable for sprouting (or I assume planting) Of course you’ll need a mill for grinding the flour.
Thank your Mikim for all of your help.
Much Appreciated.
