grapeseed oil is it bad for your health?
Grapeseed oil is not “bad” for your health, and in fact has its benefits. However, it is high in omega-6 fatty acids which most people get too much of already, and women especially should not overdo. More recommended – olive, macadamia, hazelnut, almond, chia, flax, avocado.
