dpeirce1MemberI have not lost a pound since week 1 It looks like I have too many calories in my menues. Can you take off 100 calories a day and fix my menus for me? I follow the menu religiously. I love this club. Thanks

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, dpeirce1. The menus are automatic and based on the weight you put in your profile. If you change your current weight to 135, your pattern will automatically be dropped to the next level.
Before you do that though, I would suggest considering physical activity. If you are already active, perhaps making some changes to your routine can wake up new muscles and get your metabolism going.January 17, 2016 at 11:18 am #33635
TixyMemberHi I have just started and the menus seem fine do I have to eat all the snacks in between even if I am not hungry? And am I allowed to drink tea throughout the day as menus doesn’t say anything about what I can or cannot drink
Thanks

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Tixy, and welcome! First, tea is fantastic – very much encouraged, and considered a “free” beverage (so not counted in your menu – just count any sweeteners and whiteners). Second, if you’re not hungry, don’t fight it. Just be sure that at the end of the day, you get a total of 5 fruit/vegetable servings and 3 calcium-rich foods/beverages.
