Could anyone kindly let me know whether I can should eat Wholegrain or wholemeal bread as the English Doctor on the initial presentation mentioned wholegrain instead of wholemeal then the menus state wholemeal?? Also she mentioned Green tea, any ideas??
Finally, can I eat bananas. Many thanks for a reply
Yes please to the bread question, I’m unsure of this as well. Thank you
Hi, you two. Whole grain and wholemeal are essentially the same thing, just regional terms. The most important thing is that it be “100%.”
Green tea is definitely recommended, especially the type sold loose. Bananas area also wonderful, but note that the average banana counts as two fruits.
