I like to eat cuties instead of oranges some times. Is one or two a serving size? They are about the size of a tangerine.
Hi, Connie. Cuties are actually tangerines, so same serving size – 2 small or 1 large = 1 fruit exchange). If you can only find mediums, then have 2 with a little less of your next starchy carbohyrate food.
