Hi, new to programme. Have set up menu after selecting fav. food groups. Under menu/snacks it details 2 medium egg whites – is this drinking raw egg whites? And I’m not sure what a Teacake is – this isn’t a common name in NZ. It includes 1/2 muffin as alternative option – is this a baked muffin (e.g. blueberry muffins) or a bread ‘English’ muffin?
Hi, ehersey. Heavens no! 🙂 They are for using as you would eggs – some people like them scrambled, or just poured in “sunny side up” (but without the sun). A teacake is somewhere between a muffin and loaf of bread (more muffin than English muffin – photo: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/sites/default/files/recipe_images/recipe-image-legacy-id–363725_10.jpg)
