paolaterryartMemberHi on some of the combination it calls for cereal but it docent combine with milk. So do I suppose to eat them by themselves? or is it implied that I will add milk to the cereal? sorry I am confused.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, paolaterryart. The system is set up to offer yogurt if there isn’t liquid milk. When you get yogurt, you can swap it from milk if you wish.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, haberers. You can either use lactose-reduced or plant-based “dairy” products, or take supplemental lactase prior to each dairy-inclusive meal or snack.
