JwilliamMemberI found that one. I thought there was something that told you what a serving of vegetables was?

sconiMemberI am brand new to this meal plan. How can I cook the meats, I mean I know to broil, BBQ them, but I would like a recipe or some spice, but I am unsure how to combine foods yet, or even how much of a combined food to have. It is very difficult when they just list pork for instance, I would never eat that plain:(

SupportKeymasterHi tiniclark247,
You will be able to see the breakdown of carbs, proteins, and fats under ‘Exchange Mode’ after you create a menu.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, sconi. I encourage you to take advantage of our recipe collection. Just type the main food in the search box, and relevant recipes will pop up. Even if you don’t follow them exactly, they will give you some ideas.
