milly2012MemberI would like to know if i can still drinking my protein shake. has not sugar added. is a meal replacement. is one of my favorites.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Milly. We don’t generally recommend isolated protein ingredients, but it certainly is one of the better ones. If you really like it, you can have it as a snack.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Deborah. If you click on the little icon next to the term, you will be brought to a page that explains and lists free spreads. In a nutshell, they are a group of spreads that in small amounts can be used without counting them in the menu. In general, you get the option whenever you have a bread or cracker type item without a spread.

I checked this out for you and see that everything worked ok for me.
Please do make sure that you are clicking on the ‘Tracy Icon’ to the right of the food. Note, that not all foods are recipes, so some foods won’t have this option. After clicking on the ‘Tray Icon’, the information will load in a new browser window. If you have any other questions, please do write back and let us know.
