Can you tell me what I can use as a sugar substitute in baking

Hi, kemason. It depends on what you are making, but sugar-style Stevia, erythritol, and xylitol are easy to use. All can be found on Amazon.co.uk and Stevia- or xylitol-specific websites.

Thank you. Do I use less of the stevia. What is the ratios? I am baking muffins

Hi, kemason. Sugar-style Stevia would be used in the same amount, while concentrated Stevia would be used in much smaller amounts, about 1/8 of the sugar. For xylitol or erythritol, use about 25% more.

Thank you Ossie. This has helped a great deal.
