When I see “1 rice cracker” how do you know what size, brand etc. Also some portions will tell you 1/2 cup. One of the hardest things is to measure french fries as 1/2 cup, why not have weight such as 2 ounces of french fries. These things can be weighed at home and when eating out you can eyeball the portion size.
Hi, ar2948. The rice crackers are the traditional Japanese type, which contain about 2.5 grams of carbohydrates each. https://glutenfreemee.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/dscn2296.jpg
