Are there any Italian dishes allowed? Spaghetti, Manicotti, Lasagna, Pizza ??
Miss not having ANY of it!
I love fettuccine alfredo… My absolute favorite! I’m going to learn how to make spinach fettuccine with the right kind of flour and use the Olive Garden recipe that they posted on Facebook for the alfredo. I love it with grilled chicken. I have type 2 diabetes and want to eat better and lose weight so I don’t have to take as much insulin.
Hi, you two. Of course you can have Italian dishes! It’s all about the ingredients and the amounts.
My daughter made lasagna for dinner. I want to find noodles that are made from non GMO products though.
Hi, Orneryoutfit. Anything that is organic will be free from GMOs.
