I AM NEW TO THIS PROGRAM, I RETAIN WATER IN MY BODY BADLY CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET PAST THIS AND LOSE THE EXCESS WATER IN MY BODY PLEASE?
I AM A DISABLED PHYSICALLY AND LOSING WEIGHT WILL HELP WITH HAVING LIMITED MOVEMENT ALSO. AND NOT MUCH MONEY FOR FAILURE EITHER.
