Very disappointed this week, have gained 2lbs. Am eating a lot more than I was at the start when I thought there was to much food on the menu. Where am I going wrong. Know I am not doing enough walking etc but am limited by painful hips & ankle
Hi, cookridgelass. If you are inactive, I suggest you try lowering the amount of food you get by adjusting your profile – put “84 kg” or “185 lbs” as your current weight, and your menu will adjust accordingly. If that does not help, please do repost here.
I have try and its keeps with all the food, i do exercise, i wear a lifetalk for steps,most every day mile in my home,because i have stairs,
shopping 5 miles , i don’t work, but do go out a lot. need help with the
foods.
