    What brands of frozen pancakes are appropriate? I had trouble deciding in the grocery store today.

    Hi,Dr. Babs. If you shop for them in a health-oriented store and select “organic,” that’s a start. I also recommend to read the ingredients list to make sure the flour is whole grain, and that their aren’t artificial ingredients or excessive sugars.
