I joined the club three weeks ago and am curious as to how much you are estimating for a 66 year old woman that follows the plan to the oz should be losing? Doesn’t seem to be coming off at all. Are there any tricks to get it to kick in? I’m enjoying the food and really hoping this will work. Just need some support I guess.

Everyone loses at their own pace, depending on past history of dieting (if you’ve been on restrictive diets in the past, it may take your body a while to get used to normal amounts of food again), genetics, and physical activity, with the latter being the best way to deal with the other two challenges.
