I have picked the low sugar option on the menu plan – but despite this I am getting a lot of fruit portions coming up. I am quite intolerant of fructose so try to limit my intake to not more than 10g a day (anymore than this and I start to feel the effects).
There seems to be a lot of fruit in my meal plans (really I could do with one portion a day), I realise fruit has benefits but for me I still need to control my fructose levels whether it is processed or from a fruit.
Can I swap them with vegetables? How many vegetable points sort of equate to a fruit point?
Hi, JulieKennard. You absolutely can swap any of the fruit portions for vegetables.
