    Ingredients

    1. 1 cup mixed Italian or baby greens
    2. ½ cup baby spinach
    3. 1-inch cube horseradish cheese, chopped
    4. ¼ small purple onion, chopped
    5. ¼ gala apple with skin, chopped
    6. 6 walnut halves, chopped
    7. 4 tsp. fat-free pomegranate vinaigrette or:
      • 2 tsp. pomegranate vinegar + 2 tsp. olive oil

    Directions

    1. Put 1 cup greens in bowl; add spinach.
    2. Add chopped horseradish cheese, onion, and apple.
    3. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
    4. Drizzle pomegranate vinaigrette/blend, and toss salad.
