    I fast from midnight to midnight every Wednesday and Friday. This is a promise that I have made and intend to keep; however, will the Trim Down Club work for me? I do not intake anything solid, but do intake soups or protein shakes on those days. This is my first week in the club and sure look forward to losing the weight.

    Hi, Candycane1. Yes of course – just use the Trim Down Club menus for the non-fasting days, and make sure your shakes and soups are made from whole foods, and it’s all good.
