I am just starting, This seems like a lot of work! I mean theres like 7 things for dinner. Is there some way to make the portions bigger and not so much stuff?
Hi and welcome! Try selecting fewer items each week that you go through the Menu Planner application. If there are still too many items, then yet – by all means, combine servings of foods in similar food groups (i.e., proteins together, carbs together), but be sure you still get some variety!
