    This is the lassi recipe I use, would you evaluate and make recommendation please.
    1/2 cup LF kefir, 2/3 cup strawberries ( frozen ), 1 tbsp fish oil, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 banana.
    My favorite breakfast before spin class.
