Does anyone know how much oats/liquid are needed to make a cup of porridge. I just can’t seem to get it right.
I have a set of cups that includes a 1/3 cup so I use it to measure 1 cup of oats to 2 of liquid (almond milk in my case) which equals 1 cup of ingredients, so in my mind, that’s fine. Whether it does actually make 1 cup of porridge…I’ve never checked! When it says 1/2 cup of porridge, I use the same cup, but half fill with oats and use a whole (1/3) cup of milk. Hope this helps.
