    I’m new on everything and still reading the book. Can someone explain what 100% whole wheat bread is good or bad for losing weight?

    Hi, Kimo, and welcome. If it is “100%,” then generally yes :). Exceptions include breads with a lot of chemical additives and hydrogenated fats – just check the label.
