MemberHi, socks. First, are any of your tablets omega-3 fatty acids? If they are, you don’t need to worry about eating fish you don’t like. Another option is to get plant sources of omega-3 through such foods as chia, flax, and hemp seeds. If you don’t like plain water, try infusing it with flavors – see our recipes here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/how-to-make-detox-water/.

MemberDo you like tea or herbal teas? I usually drop a tea bag in my 32 oz water bottle. It does need to sit for a short while, but it isn’t as if I drink it all down right away anyway! I find Hibiscus Tea with orange slices to be particularly refreshing, Or just lemon water.
Ossie-Sharon – what do you think of “TrueLemon” lemon packets? Ingredients: Crystallized Lemon [citric acid*, lemon oil, lemon juice]. *Non-GMO. I find them handy to keep in my purse for when I’m out and wherever I am does not have lemons for water. I do wish they were organic, since it uses lemon peel, but it isn’t like the restaurant’s lemon wedge is likely to be organic either.
