    I am asking again as I got no answer. Rice cakes, the carmel corn, is this safe to eat
    as a snack. It doesn’t have many calories, but does have a bit of corn syrup …. so ??????

    Hi, greemandi. Good eye – corn syrup is generally discouraged here. Those are fine for a once-in-a-while treat – if you can get an organic type, that would be better.
