How would fresh ground wheat work within this plan? Since I am grinding the wheat myself, I know that nothing is removed or added. The resulting flour would be 100% whole wheat.
Hi, (Not-so)Crazy8mom. Freshly ground wheat is an excellent idea, and exactly the type of thing we encourage here! Your final grind can be used like any other flour, and resultant baked goods, etc., will be the same as 100% whole grain products in your menu.
