I would like to know if we are able to add anything to the menu guide that is prepared in my list for the week. I have tuna in water on my lunch for this week and Tuna is so dry can we add some type of dressing to it as long as it is not to much or will that mess up the target that I am working towards.
Hi, tlevans12295. Absolutely! Note that you generally have some sort of mainly-fat food or oil at each major meal, and you can use that for an addition to the tuna. Note that you can also try such things as horseradish or mustard, which are “free.”
