Is it possible to have milk or cream in my morning coffee? Also, can I have milk in my cereal?
Hi, Lissa. Definitely. For every 1/2 ounce of nuts at breakfast, just slip in half a cup (4 fluid ounces) of milk or 3 tablespoons of cream
The menu generator does not list milk as a substitute for nuts. If you want milk to appear with cereal on the generated menu, you have to go to the food list and pretend you LOVE hummus and kefir and vegan egg substitute for breakfast, save & generate a menu which hopefully will list one of them with your cereal, then edit the menu to switch it to the correct portion of milk. Once you have it updated, give it a thumbs up to help the system remember. Otherwise, you’ll need to print off your menu and write the milk in manually.
