MemberI have been on this diet 4th week I have followed the weekly menus although I couldn’t always eat it all. The first week I lost 7lbs though it said 5 lb , 2nd week the weight went back on last week lost 4lbs weighed today I’m back to were I started. Not feeling very good about what has happened

MemberHi, Denise. If you can’t finish everything, your body is probably telling you something. If you would like to cut back, that’s fine. I would recommend reducing each starchy carb serving by about a half. If that doesn’t suit you, please do repost.

MemberI’m not able to do any physical exercise due to back & feet problems I do try to walk with a walker but do not get very far that’s why I’m desperate to lose the weight it won’t solve the problem but will help. Thank you for your answer

MemberHi Denise. If you could, are you able to get to a pool? Sometimes the non-weight bearing exercises can help. Pulling for ya! Try not to get discouraged.
