Hi,
Starting week #2 with TDC and very happy to report that I lost 3 pounds during my first week! I really appreciate the meal plans created by TDC based on my favorite foods yet, am surprised that there is not more greek yogurt in my plans. Before starting TDC, I would have one 6 ounce greek yogurt per day (2%fat)
and now have gone 8 days without any yogurt. I am starting to miss the probiotics! This week, yogurt is on my meal plan twice and kefir is as well. I would like to know if it’s possible to have greek yogurt at least every other day and if yes, what can it take the place of?

I’m not sure why the system isn’t giving it to you, but you can swap it yourself for any 2 ounces of another protein. You can have it as often as you like.
