    I am constantly hearing conflicting advice about whether I should be eating fat free or full fat Greek yogurt, I am totally confused so I am yo-yoing between buying them dependant on the latest advice I hear, what is Trimclubs thoughts on the dilemma?

    Full fat versions of foods are generally preferable, as they do not contain often harmful additives to whiten and provide a creamy texture.
