This is only my third day but i am finding having snacks difficult as it is something i mostly try to avoid.
Can i add them to my meals?
Hi, Vicki. Sure. If you’re a diabetic, try to swap some of the starchy carbs for protein exchanges, if you can. For example, for each slice of bread or serving of crackers, add another ounce of meat, etc.
